Cabin Rules

Check in is 4pm. Please don't try to check-in early unless already arranged as the cleaners need this time to prepare the cabin for your arrival.
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests for each cabin unless previous arrangements have been made.
- Roosevelt Cabin: 8 people
- River Cabin: 6 people
- Meadow Cabin: 2 people
- Rock House: 4 people
Be considerate to other guests! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb other guests. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
If the Police are called to the property you will be immediately evicted and may be held liable for consequential damages.
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking areas only. Please DO NOT park or drive on the grassy areas.
The cabin’s come equipped with wireless internet access. Please disconnect when not actively using. We are limited amount of data and want to ensure that there will be enough for guests to use it all month.
Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets or put food down the garbage disposal.
No Smoking in the cabins.
Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately and do not litter the property with them.
No burning candles in cabins.
Fishing is allowed on both sides of the river from the bridge adjacent to the property to the bridge downriver on county road 10, but a fishing license is required.
Please make sure that the oven in your cabin in clean. There will be a $50 charge for any ovens that the property manager has to clean.
